Information & Cancellation

• The rates are charged in EURO and are charged per apartment per day for the number of guests indicated. Rates do not include the local tax. We can assist in case you are planning on travelling with more guests. Please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate you.
• Local tax 2.80 EURO is charged per person per day (children under the age of 15 do not have to pay)
• Final cleaning cost is a one-time fee of EUR 85,- – 92,-
• Free children's amenities and furniture available such as cots, high chairs, changing tables.

• bed linen and hand towels are available
• no pets permitted

• Check In from 4pm, Check Out 10am; for late check in after 6pm, please notify us.
• Please acknowledge our house rules.

• Your reservation is confirmed as soon as we receive a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your booking and your valid address.
• The final payment of the total cost of the booking is only accepted in EURO. For all bank transfers, all fees have to be paid by the guest of the accommodation. No credit card payment available.
• The rates are subject to availability of the apartments.
• Booking information: The booking is only available for the number of guests indicated during the booking process. Any additional guests must be announced in written form, accepted by us, and the additional cost will be charged.

• The minimum rates include all fees except local tax and final cleaning charge.

• You have to cancel your booking? That is very unfortunate and we would like you to contact us as soon as possible in case of a cancellation. Cancellations are only accepted in written form. We will try our best to accommodate your cancellation; however, it depends on the time of cancellation and whether the apartment can still be rented out to other guests.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 Z 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
• From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70%
  If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the booking price
• If you do not show up on the day of arrival, 100% is due
• In the event of early departure, 100% will be charged
• If everything suddenly changes: Please inform us immediately. We try to accommodate you as much as possible. Cancellations are only valid in writing.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
